One (1) eight inch cracker piecrust;
One and one quarter (1 1/4) cup fresh
blueberries, rinsed and drained;
One Half (1/2) cup rinsed and sliced
strawberries;
One (1) eight ounce package cream cheese, softened;
Fourteen (14) ounces of sweetened
condensed milk;
One third (1/3) cup lemon juice; and
One teaspoon vanilla
Beat cream cheese until fluffy;
Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth;
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla;
Spread 1/2 of the blueberries over the bottom of the piecrust.
Pour creamcheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla mixture into piecrust and over blueberries.
Chill three (3) hours or until firm.
Top with remaining blueberries and sliced fresh strawberries.
