Box of Yellow Cake Mix One

(3) Eggs One

(1) stick of butter or margerine

Eight (8) ounce package of cream cheese (or substitute Neufactal cream cheese)

Twelve (12)ounces powdered sugar

One (1) teaspoon vanilla



Box of Yellow Cake Mix One

(1) stick of butter or margerine

Eight (8) ounce package of cream cheese (or substitute Neufactal cream cheese)

Twelve (12)ounces powdered sugar

One (1) teaspoon vanilla



For Bottom Layer: 
Melt the stick of butter or margerine and mix  together with Box of Yellow Cake mix and one egg.  Pour and pat into a greased 9" x 13" baking pan.

For Topping:
Mix the cream cheese, two eggs, 12 ounces of powdered sugar (approximately 3/4 or a normal 16 ounce box) and 1 tsp of vanillla together.  Mix until smooth and spread evenly on top of bottom layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes or until slightly browned on top.  Cool and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
For Bottom Layer:

For Topping:
Mix the cream cheese, two eggs, 12 ounces of powdered sugar (approximately 3/4 or a normal 16 ounce box) and 1 tsp of vanillla together.  Mix until smooth and spread evenly on top of bottom layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes or until slightly browned on top.  Cool and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
Cut the cake into small bars and serve as tasty treats.  Have plenty of napkins and make sure the kids don't eat them over carpet!  And watch out for those midnight raids on the refrigerator!
