SERVING                       SUGGESTIONS
Biscochos are traditionally served at Mexican Weddings.  They are also known as Mexican Wedding Cakes or Cookies.  They can be served out of the oven or at room temperature.  The granulated sugar does tend to shake off so make sure to have napkins handy.  Special Thanks to repeat contributor Mrs. Eva Medina.  Be sure to check out her other contribution Roast Duck in Currant Sauce.
